This policy applies to the IDJINN Telegram bot and idjinn.com website.
1. OUR CORE COMMITMENT
IDJINN does not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. This is not a marketing promise — it is how the system is built.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
When you use IDJINN on Telegram, we may store:
- Your Telegram username and user ID (needed to operate the bot)
- Your name as you provide it to IDJINN
- Conversation history (last messages, used to give IDJINN context)
- Your subscription plan and usage count
- Your BNB wallet address (only if you provide it voluntarily)
- File metadata when you use Convis or eXstnZ (not file contents)
We do not store full conversation history indefinitely. Older history is cleared regularly.
3. HOW YOUR MESSAGES ARE PROCESSED
When you send a message to IDJINN, it is processed by an AI language model to generate a response. This means your message text is transmitted to an AI API provider over an encrypted connection. We have chosen providers that do not use API traffic to train their models.
Web searches you trigger are processed via a search API provider. Search queries are not linked to your identity by those providers.
Voice messages are transcribed locally on our server using open-source software. Your audio file is deleted immediately after transcription.
4. GMAIL AND CALENDAR
If you choose to connect your Gmail or Google Calendar to IDJINN using the /email command, IDJINN requests read and send access to your Gmail and Calendar.
- Your Google OAuth token is stored securely on our server
- IDJINN only accesses your Gmail and Calendar when you ask it to
- We do not read your emails in the background
- You can disconnect at any time by visiting your Google account security settings
- Your email content is never stored by IDJINN beyond the current session
5. FILE TRANSFERS (CONVIS AND eXstnZ)
Files transferred via Convis are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before leaving your device. The encryption key is embedded in the download link — it never reaches our servers. We cannot read your files.
Files stored in eXstnZ vault are encrypted using the same method. Only you hold the decryption key.
File storage uses third-party cloud infrastructure. Files are stored encrypted and inaccessible to us or the storage provider.
6. CRYPTO AND BLOCKCHAIN
IDJINN interacts with the BNB Smart Chain blockchain, which is a public ledger. Any transactions you make (sending ETHIC+ or SUTIBU) are permanently recorded on the public blockchain and visible to anyone.
We store your BNB wallet address only if you provide it to IDJINN. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored on a dedicated server in the United States operated by a professional hosting provider. The server is access-controlled and maintained by IDJINN's technical team.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users promptly.
8. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Right to access — request a copy of your data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data (/forget command in IDJINN)
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
- Right to object — object to certain processing of your data
To exercise these rights, message IDJINN with /forget or contact us directly via Telegram.
9. COOKIES
The idjinn.com website uses minimal technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services.
10. CHILDREN
IDJINN is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users via the IDJINN bot when significant changes are made. Continued use of IDJINN after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
