By using IDJINN you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. WHAT IDJINN IS

IDJINN is an AI assistant delivered through the Telegram messaging platform. It provides general assistance including web search, email management (when authorised by you), file transfer, and information about cryptocurrency markets.

IDJINN is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, legal advisor, or regulated financial service of any kind.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use IDJINN. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use IDJINN to:

Send, share, or request content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
Generate or distribute content that sexualises or exploits minors — this is grounds for immediate and permanent ban
Harass, threaten, or harm other people
Spread misinformation deliberately
Attempt to circumvent IDJINN's safety features
Use IDJINN for spam, phishing, or scamming
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY — IMPORTANT NOTICE

CRYPTOCURRENCY RISK WARNING: Ethicoin (ETHIC+), SUTIBU, and all other cryptocurrencies mentioned by IDJINN are high-risk digital assets. Their value can fall to zero. Past performance does not predict future results. Only engage with funds you can afford to lose entirely. This is not financial advice.

IDJINN provides cryptocurrency price information for informational purposes only. Nothing IDJINN says constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of any return.

ETHIC+ is a BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain. It is not registered as a security in any jurisdiction. It is not backed by a regulated institution. The gold reference price is a pricing convention, not a guarantee of redemption.

5. THE /MINE DAILY DRAW

The /mine feature is a daily entertainment draw with a random chance to win SUTIBU. It is not cryptocurrency mining. It is not proof-of-work. Winning is random. There is no guaranteed prize. The feature is provided for entertainment.

IDJINN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the /mine feature at any time.

6. SENDING CRYPTO (/SEND)

The /send command sends real ETHIC+ tokens on the BNB Smart Chain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify wallet addresses carefully before sending. IDJINN is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Gas fees apply to all on-chain transactions. These are paid in BNB and are beyond IDJINN's control.

7. GMAIL AND CALENDAR INTEGRATION

When you connect your Gmail or Google Calendar, you grant IDJINN access to read and send emails and manage calendar events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

IDJINN is not responsible for any consequences of actions taken on your email or calendar at your instruction.

8. FILE TRANSFER (CONVIS AND eXstnZ)

Files transferred via Convis are encrypted and deleted from our servers after the link expires (72 hours for free tier). Files stored in eXstnZ are encrypted with keys only you control.

IDJINN is not responsible for files that cannot be recovered after link expiry or in the event of service disruption. Do not rely solely on IDJINN for backup of important files.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months except where required by applicable law.

ETHIC+ payment discounts (25% off) are applied at checkout. ETHIC+ prices fluctuate with market conditions. The dollar equivalent of any ETHIC+ payment is calculated at the time of payment.

10. IBLIS PLATFORM

IBLIS (iblis.app) is a separate creator economy platform connected to IDJINN. Artists using IBLIS to sell music receive 90% of sales revenue. IBLIS retains 10%.

Artists are solely responsible for complying with music licensing requirements in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to GEMA (Germany/Austria), PRS (UK), ASCAP/BMI (USA), and equivalent bodies. IDJINN and IBLIS do not collect or remit licensing fees on behalf of artists.

Job seekers and rental seekers may post listings free of charge. Companies and landlords posting listings pay a monthly fee. Email addresses are never displayed publicly — only reference numbers are shown.

11. AVAILABILITY

IDJINN depends on Telegram, third-party AI APIs, and internet connectivity. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IDJINN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDJINN and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for IDJINN in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of EU. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of EU, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via the IDJINN bot when significant changes are made. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
